Gunja Donkatsu

Gunjadonkaseu is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant in the Gunja area of Seoul that serves hire, rosu, cheese, and fish katsu. The hire katsu is fried thick with a thin coating, putting the meat's flavor first. Seating looks into the kitchen, and rice and soup are refilled without limit, with half-and-half options also available. The bottom of the tonkatsu is soggy.
