Gaeseong Bossam

Gaeseong Bossam is a meat restaurant in Junggok-dong, Seoul, serving bossam sets, suyuk, and barley rice. The typical combination is barley rice mixed with gangdoenjang, with kalguksu and geotjeori on the side. The restaurant has operated at the same spot in Junggok-dong for over 20 years, and the yeolmu kimchi and kimchi taste as they always have. Barley rice and kalguksu can also be eaten together.
