Dotom

Dotome is a meat restaurant near Gunja and Junggok-dong in Seoul that grills thick aged samgyeopsal and pork collar over charcoal. Staff grill the meat for you, and it is eaten with myeongi namul, pickled perilla leaf, and pa kimchi. In the evening a wait line forms, with some customers waiting an hour, and biji jjigae comes out by default. The space is small, so it gets loud during meals, and there is almost no parking.
