Dongseoul Son Kalguksu

Dongseoul Son Kalguksu serves sagol kalguksu, sujebi, and mandu near Gangbyeon Station and Dongseoul Bus Terminal in Seoul. Noodles are pressed to order and added to beef bone broth, and mandu and geotjeori kimchi come with the meal. The shop has an open kitchen and uses ceramic bowls instead of melamine, and a line can form at lunch. Manduguk is only available during the winter season.
