Donghwajang

Donghwajang is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Seoul serving jjampong and tangsuyuk. The tangsuyuk is freshly fried, with substantial meat that is not tough, while the jjampong is lighter than at other Chinese restaurants. The jjampong broth has almost no oil and a clean taste reminiscent of vegetable stock. Donghwajang is a long-established Chinese restaurant.
