Chibau Gamjatang

Chibau Gamjatang is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul that serves bone jjim, bone haejang-guk, and gamjatang. The bone jjim comes out spicy, and the bone haejang-guk has generous, tender meat. The meat is plentiful and soft, with a good texture. The broth is thick enough to become sticky when rice is mixed into it.
