Cheonmicheon Hwogwo is a hot pot restaurant in Seoul where vegetables, seafood, meat, mushrooms and sauces are offered as unlimited refills. Diners choose a broth such as hongtang or tomato broth, add toppings, and the spice level is kept mild. Ingredients are selected and taken from a self-serve corner. Drinks are billed separately.
