Bokmanru

Bokmanru is a hot pot restaurant in the Kondae Chinatown area of Seoul that serves Chinese-style hot pot and grilled meat together. Diners cook lamb and samgyeopsal in one of three broths — baitang, hongtang, or tomato — and dip the meat in various sauces. Bokmanru has three branches in Kondae, and the first branch recently finished remodeling. Frozen ingredients are used, so the seafood and meat are of lesser quality.
