Arajuneun Galbijip

Araju Neun Galbi Jip is a meat restaurant in Junggok-dong and Gunja-dong, Seoul, serving handmade-marinated LA galbi and lunch menus. The LA galbi is cooked by placing the meat on the grill and pouring the handmade marinade over it all at once to braise, and the meat separates easily from the bone. On weekday lunches there are menus for office workers, and the day's dishes change daily. The galbi marinade is on the sweet side.
