Yugajeongga Hansik Jujeom is a Korean restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, serving galbitang and galbijjim. The white galbitang is a rich broth with the fat skimmed off and no pepper, while the red sogalbi jjim carries garlic aroma and a spicy taste. After finishing the galbijjim, you can fry rice in the remaining sauce and add mozzarella cheese, and descriptions of the food are posted on the wall. The spicy galbijjim leaves your mouth burning after you eat it.
