Yejeon Son Kalguksu

Yejeonson Kalguksu in Busan serves saeng kalguksu, bajirak kalguksu, kong kalguksu, and wang mandu. The kalguksu uses hand-pulled noodles with a chewy texture in an anchovy broth, and a set that includes chungmu gimbap is also available. The bajirak kalguksu comes with plenty of large clams, and the interior is kept clean. It is closed on Fridays.
