Yakiniku Shoshin

Yakiniq Shosin is a Japanese-style grill near Gwangalli Beach in Busan that serves beef, gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), and heart. The Niku Moriawase set includes cuts such as beef tongue, hanger steak, and chuck flap, along with yukhoe and mixed grilled vegetables. Staff explain the order in which to eat the meat, and a two-person Moriawase can be ordered. Orion draft beer from Okinawa and mentaiko rice bowl are available on the side.
