Yakimoku

Yakimoku is a grilled meat restaurant near the Gwangalli sea in Busan that cooks pork over charcoal. It serves whole galmaegisal and garlic-marinated whole galmaegisal, and staff grill the meat for you. The charcoal fire is strong, so a fan is brought right away when your face gets hot, and basil doenjang sulbap can be ordered as a dessert. The number of staff is not large, so the meal proceeds a bit slowly.
