Wonjo Choryang Galbi is a neighborhood meat restaurant in an alley near Gwangalli Beach in Busan, grilling saeng galbi and pork galbi. The saeng galbi is eaten salt-grilled, while the pork galbi uses a soy-based marinade rather than a sweet one. It is a long-standing local restaurant run by a second-generation family—the owner, his mother, and his sister—and most customers are residents. The saeng galbi is in good condition and tender.
