Bispore is an Italian restaurant in Busan where you look out over the Suyeong River and Marine City from Centum. It serves gorgonzola pizza, vongole pasta, crab pasta, and mentaiko cream risotto, and most tables sit by the window. Parties of two can walk in without a reservation, and after parking in the first-floor tower parking lot you need to get a stamp. Portions are small relative to the price, and the service falls short.
