Taesan Jangeo

Taesan Jangeo is a room-style restaurant on the 17th floor near Millak-dong and Gwangalli Beach in Busan, where diners eat freshwater eel while looking out at the sea and Gwangan Bridge. The thick, chewy eel is served salt-grilled or marinated, and there is also a jangeo-tang soup that contains one abalone. The eel is par-grilled first and then grilled again by staff, so diners only have to eat. All seats are private rooms, which suits family gatherings and birthday meals.
