Suyeong Hoe Guksu

Suyeong Hoeguksu is a noodle restaurant in Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving hoe-guksu and bibim-guksu. The noodles come with a mild seasoning and a light sesame oil aroma. The old shop is run by two elderly owners who make the kimchi themselves, and the noodles are served with a fish cake broth made from anchovy and dapori. The shop accepts cash only.
