Suyeong Ganbaji

Suyeong Ganbaji is a meat restaurant in the Suyeong Yang Gopchang Alley in Busan that grills galmaegisal and beef over charcoal. Its main dishes are fresh galmaegisal and seasoned galmaegisal, eaten with gejang jjigae on the side. When an order comes in, the meat is trimmed, seasoned on the spot, and served with onion sauce. Beef and yukhoe are also available, and beef liver and cheonyeop are served as a complimentary item when in stock.
