Surim Sikdang Suyeongjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves mapo tofu, dongpa yuk deopbap, and tan tan noodles. Its gaji mandu stuffs dumpling filling between eggplant slices and fries them, and the set menu comes with a large amount of food. On a first visit, the entrance is not visible from the street, so you follow the standing sign to get in. The mapo tofu and dongpa yuk deopbap are on the salty side.
