Siui Jeonseo Gwangalli is a Korean restaurant in the alleys of Gwangalli Beach in Busan that serves a course menu reinterpreting the food culture of Joseon-era noble households. The Joseon-style course moves through a gukbap-style soup, side dishes, and dessert. Dishes arrive one course at a time, and the interior features najeonhap lacquerware and wood-and-black finishes. The portions across the course are small.
