Singyese is a chicken restaurant in the alley across from Suyeong Hanseo Hospital in Gwangalli, Busan. It serves specialty cuts of chicken, and its signature dish is a mixed one-plate set with several chicken parts and vegetables on a single plate. Staff grill the meat over charcoal for you at the table. The flavor falls short of bone-in charcoal dakgalbi.
