Seiro is a Japanese restaurant in an alley in Busan that steams beef and vegetables in a hinoki cypress box. Its main dish is the mild seiro mushi, and it offers a range of sake. The cypress steaming cooks the food with steam, and the meat does not carry an off smell. Parking space is not comfortable.
