Sogeum Jubang in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, is a grill restaurant that serves 1++ grade Hanwoo beef cuts. Staff grill steaks such as chaeckkeutsal at the table and serve them with several salts, including Himalayan pink salt mixed with spices. Visiting after making a reservation means staff explain the food, and in one case food took 20 minutes to arrive after ordering. Parking is limited to six spaces.
