Pungnyeon Gopchang

Pungnyeon Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Suyeong, Busan. The gopchang comes in three types: salt, seasoned, and spicy seasoned, and there is also a half-and-half plate of salt and seasoned. The gopchang arrives already cooked, served with a dipping sauce and a seasoned sauce, while the jeongol is ordered in medium and large sizes. The frozen pork belly must be grilled by the customer.
