Popo Kichinet

Popokichinet is a bakery in Gwangalli, Busan, that sells Portuguese-style egg tarts called nata. The tarts use a recipe learned in Porto, with flaky pastry and a custard that is not too sweet. The takeout box includes instructions on how to eat them. Tables and chairs in the shop are for eating the tarts while they are warm.
