Pohang Mul Hoetjip

Pohangmulhoetjip is an old-style restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, that serves Pohang-style mulhoe. The dish mixes raw wild flounder with shredded cucumber, pear, and a seasoning sauce, without broth. Maeuntang comes in a large ttukbaegi with rockfish (ureok) heads, flounder bones, tofu, and radish, and is served as one pot for two people. A single-person order does not include maeuntang.
