Palttag

Paldak is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant on the second floor by Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It serves a large set meal centered on aged hoe, with fried and grilled dishes. Window seats look out over Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) comes in an earthenware pot like a stew. The owner’s service is unfriendly.
