Mokgumeong Suyeong Branch

Mokgumeong Suyeongjeom is a Busan meat restaurant where samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar are grilled on a pot lid. Thick cuts are placed whole with kimchi and bean sprouts, and samgyeopsal and pork collar are the signature dishes. Staff grill and cut the meat so customers can eat right away, and naengmyeon (cold noodles) and doenjang jjigae can be ordered alongside. Prices are high enough that eating here often is a burden.
