Minrak Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant in Millak-dong, Busan, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The tangsuyuk comes in an old-style preparation with a white sauce, and the jjamppong is served with a spicy, non-greasy broth. It has been known as a tangsuyuk restaurant since the early 1980s, and the facilities retain the look of an old Chinese restaurant. The jjajang has almost no sweetness, so opinions are split.
