Kuchiga is a Japanese restaurant in Busan. It serves one portion of sashimi moriawase, basil soba, and beef tataki. Its nabe contains a large amount of daechang (beef large intestine), and gyeran sando is available for takeout. Mackerel bong sushi is served in a limited daily quantity.
