Kolyu

Koryu is a Japanese restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, on the third floor of a building in Gwangan-dong, Suyeong-gu. It serves aged hoe and sashimi-style dishes, and the mixed sashimi includes abalone, scallop, sweet shrimp, herring, squid, uni, tuna and mackerel, with futomaki and grilled fish also available. Window seats face the Gwangan Bridge directly and can be booked two days in advance through Naver. The shop is small, so noise between tables stays low.
