Kkongsi Mandu

Kkongsi Mandu is a Chinese dumpling restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, serving xiaolongbao, shumai, and fried dumplings. The xiaolongbao are juicy, and the fried dumplings are fried until they puff up and turn crisp. Kimchi dumplings and shrimp shumai are also on the menu, along with noodles such as Sichuan-style jajangmyeon and jjamppong. The noodles are more straightforward than the dumplings.
