Kkangtongjip

Kkangtongjip is an old meat tent bar near Gwangan Station in Busan that serves kkakduk samgyeopsal, kkodeul sal, and pork skin. The owner grills the aged meat and skin and brings them out at the right doneness, with ramyeon and doenjang jjigae on the side. It has run for over 15 years, and the ttukbaegi sotbap is eaten by wrapping it in dried seaweed, dipping it in soy sauce, and finishing with sungnyung. The meat is grilled for you, but ordering and paying do not run smoothly.
