Jeongwonjip

Jeongwonjip is a gopchang restaurant near Suyeong Rotary in Busan that grills yang gopchang over charcoal. The seasoned yang gopchang, teukyang, and daechang are grilled over charcoal, and the seasoning is not strong while the texture is soft and chewy. Mul kimchi is served alongside, and the meal is finished with yang bokkeum bap. The yang bokkeum bap comes with only a small amount of rice and gopchang.
