Jang-Gaeyug

Janggaeyuk is a one-bowl restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, serving yukgaejang, gomtang, and mala tantan noodles. The yukgaejang uses beef broth with generous amounts of meat and bean sprouts, and the kimchi gunmandu comes out crisp on the outside and moist inside. Seating is a U-shaped counter, and the restaurant opens at 10 a.m., which suits eating alone. Rice is refilled for free on request, and gyeolmyeongja tea and a tangerine for dessert are served with the meal.
