Jamae Gukbap

Jamaegukbap is a dwaeji gukbap restaurant in a residential alley in Millak-dong, Busan, and draws many local customers. It serves dwaeji gukbap and sundae gukbap, with a ssamjang-based seasoning sauce and soft meat and innards. At 10:30 a.m. the waiting list was already at number 32, and customers take off their shoes and sit at tables and chairs. The broth is served torem-style, so it is not hot.
