Hoe Iyagi (okay Center fourth floor)

Hoeiyagi (Oke Hoe Center 4F) is a restaurant on the fourth floor of the hoe center in Minrak-dong, Busan, serving hoe (raw fish) and sushi. It serves only three types of hoe, accompanied by wild sea squirt, sea cucumber, and octopus, and the meal ends with jiri-tang (clear fish soup). Hoe is refilled if needed, and the sushi is served with the fish and rice separately. The meal takes more than two hours.
