Hassi Hoetjip

Hassi Hoetjib is a raw-fish restaurant in Busan Millak Hoe Town, where diners choose their hoe on the first floor and eat it upstairs. The fish is sliced upstairs after it is selected. Hoe can take an hour to arrive, orders can be missed, and bones and scales can remain. The hoe portion is about half the expected amount.
