Handasot

Hantasot is a Korean restaurant near Gwangalli Beach in Busan that serves galbi, abalone, and salmon sotbap alongside grilled fish. Its mackerel aged kimchi jjim is made with aged kimchi cooked until soft, and the mixed grilled fish platter comes with hairtail, Spanish mackerel, and mackerel. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m., and after the sotbap is scooped out, scorched-rice water is poured into the pot to finish the meal. A wait forms during lunch hours.
