Gwangalli Makchang-jib

Gwangalli Makchangjip in Busan is a gopchang gui restaurant that grills makchang, daechang, and gopchang. Staff grill the meat for you, and the meal continues with gopchang jeongol and bokkeum bap after the grilled intestines. Waiting is long enough that you take a number before the 5 p.m. opening and then stand in front of the restaurant again. Grilled portions must be ordered at a minimum of three servings on the first order, and the grilled meat feels like a small amount once cooked.
