Gumyeongae Pohang Mulhoe, formerly Gwangalli Hoetjip, is a local raw fish restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan that serves aged hoe and mulhoe. You can order an assorted hoe platter, flounder mulhoe, and jet yellowtail, and the hoe is cut thick. For the wild-caught mulhoe, there are cases of waiting because no one catches fish even at 12:30 p.m. for lunch, and a wait can form. The basic service is not smooth.
