Goban Sikdang Suyeong Centum is a meat restaurant near Suyeong Rotary that serves aged pork. Staff check the grill temperature, cook the samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar themselves, and serve them with three types of jeotgal and eight basic sauces including wasabi and onion soy sauce. Side dishes include myeongnan dolsotbap, kimchi stew with generous meat, and chon doenjang sulbap, and there is a system where you write a staff member's name and put it in a box at the counter.
