Ganpan Eomneun Jip

Ganpan Eomneun Jip is a charcoal grill restaurant near Suyeong Station in Busan that serves Jeju pork collar and pork skin. Thick slabs of pork collar are grilled whole over charcoal and eaten like steak, with doenjang jjigae and pork skin on the side. Opened in October 2007, the restaurant cooks rice to order and does not take additional rice orders. There is no hood, so smoke fills the room and clings to clothing.
