Daega Samgyetang

Daega Samgyetang sits between Gwangan Station and Suyeong Station in Busan, serving samgyetang made with sanghwang mushroom, perilla seed, or lacquer. The chicken is large and tender, and the perilla seed samgyetang comes out nutty. The samgyetang can be ordered for takeout, and you can take more side dishes from the self-service bar. The kimchi and side dishes fall short.
