Chinese Cuisine Samjeongwon

Junghwayori Samjeongwon is a Chinese restaurant that has operated in Busan for 38 years. Its ganjajang is stir-fried in lard, made with thin noodles, and contains no noodle-strengthening additives. The tangsuyuk is prepared in an old-style, crisp version with a thick sauce and soft meat. The jjamppong is less flavorful than before and ordinary.
