Chilseong Hoetjip

Chilseong Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, facing Gwangalli Beach and Gwangalli Bridge. It serves dodaeri sekkosi and assorted hoe (raw fish platter), with fresh wasabi and several sauces on the side. The maeuntang (spicy fish stew) comes in a single ttukbaegi and has a rich, clean broth. The portions of hoe (raw fish) are small, even for two adults.
