Cheongsol Wang Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves thick cuts of samgyeopsal (pork belly). Kimchi, mushrooms, bean sprouts and cheese go on the grill with the meat, and the cooking follows the thickness of the cut. Staff grill the meat from the start and explain the order in which to eat it. There is no parking lot.
