Bangpajae Hoetjip

THE Bangpaje 1982 is a hoe restaurant in Millak-dong, Busan, serving wild-caught hoe and mulhoe. The seasonal assorted hoe set includes five kinds of fish — flounder, sea bass, hiramasa, croaker and spotted flounder — and comes with maeuntang. The restaurant has rooms, so it is used for quiet gatherings such as family meetings or office dinners. The course menu is on the expensive side.
