Anchyobi

Anchobi is a one-person restaurant in Millak-dong, Busan, near Gwangalli, serving pasta, risotto, and arancini. The signature dishes are daepa pasta, truffle porcini cream risotto, and passion fruit ade. The open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, and on weekday lunches there is no wait and the meal is quiet. Because the owner runs it alone, there are days when a wait forms.
