Ama

AMA is a small Spanish restaurant in Millak-dong near Gwangalli Beach in Busan, run by a chef from the Basque Country. The menu includes pintxos, brochetas gambas, pollo a la gallega, and seafood paella. The Spanish chef handles both cooking and serving alone, and wine and jamón are also available to order. There are six tables, so walking in without a reservation can mean being turned away.
